All prices are displayed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and exclude shipping cost, this is calculated at the check out. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8 New Zealand wide (tracked courier).

STORE PICK UP AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We are located in Invercargill, NZ. If you would like to collect your parcel please select 'STORE PICK UP' at the checkout. Once your items are ready for collection we well send you an email with our address details and arrange a suitable time for collection.

You can make a purchase via one of our 3 secure payment options on our website including Stripe, Internet Banking or Laybuy (for details check out their details here LAYBUY details )

Please ensure payments are made within 24 hours.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We are not obliged to refund items unless they are faulty, damaged or misrepresented prior to sale. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and item/s must be returned in saleable condition within 7 days. Product colour may differ on electronic devices and fabric pattern may differ due to fabric cut, I have tried to photograph fabrics true to colour but can be difficult with some colours. Please if for any reason you are not happy with your item/s contact me within 24hrs of receiving your parcel so we can have a discussion and hopefully resolve the problem. Custom made dolls cannot be exchanged (except where deemed as faulty). Sale items are non refundable.

PRIVACY

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We may however share images of completed orders over our social media sites, with your privacy in mind no names will be mentioned.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe and Laybuy.

DELIVERY TIMES

All pre-made ready to send item/s will be shipped within 3-4 days of receiving payment. Please allow up to 3 extra days for domestic delivery. Custom Orders have a turnaround time of approximately 4-6 weeks (not including shipping) please consider this timeframe BEFORE purchasing when ordering as a gift or CONTACT me to discuss. Domestic Parcels are sent tracked, signature obtained and must be sent to a physical address (no PO Boxes please). Payments made by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
